This picture is not very clear at all, but I just love the little pose Jacob is making here. You can click on it to get a better view. This is very typical for Jacob to be wearing his baseball cap and to be lounging on our bed to watch his favorite show Caillou. He puts his hat on every time he thinks of it or spots it in the house and I just love that he will actually wear a hat and likes it. As for lounging around on our bed, he probably does it a little too often but I don't mind too much.

Jacob and his Train Set
For Christmas we got Jacob Thomas the Blue Engine and a small section of the train track that goes with it. There are tons of cars and pieces of the train track that you can buy and it can go on forever if you want it to. So far we have gotten him several cars and a pretty big part of the train track along with a cave, the train station, and most recently we bought the bridge. It is not all pictured here but these are just some pictures we took of him playing with it. He loves to watch it go and calls it his "too too.'

The HAIR
We are attempting to grow Jacobs hair out a little longer for a change but every day when he wakes up with bed head I am tempted to cut it off! It can look so cute though when its combed nicely and I just think it frames his cute face so well sometimes. These are just a few pictures of the crazy bed head he gets after his nap and these don't even come close to showing how crazy and ridiculous it actually looks sometimes.

A Date Night Out to the Hockey Game
Brad got tickets through work to a hockey game a couple weeks ago and we had a great time. We were lucky to have Brads mom in town at the time so she was able to stay home with Jacob. It was fun to go out a lone for a change and the place where the hockey arena is has a lot of fun restaurants and shops and things.
During the hockey game Brad actually lost his wedding ring! He jumped up to clap and cheer and because its so cold in the arena his ring flew off of his shrunken finger and flew right up into the air. We had no idea where it was! A couple people behind us realized we were looking for something and when we told them what it was they started looking. Pretty soon about 20 people surrounding us were looking under their chairs and behind their seats to try to find our lost ring. Luckily one man in the row behind us found it!! We were so grateful! This is the second time Brad has lost his ring from it falling off. The other time it happened we were 4-wheeling down a dirt road and we did not realize it was gone until we had arrived at our destination. After a lot of praying and back tracking we found it on the side of the road! How lucky are we!!

Brads Hike
This past weekend Brad got to go on a hike with one of his friends. The hike was 9 miles long and a little more difficult than Brad had anticipated, but well worth it. The scenery was gorgeous and he also got to see some 600 year old Indian ruins which were really neat!
