Jacob's Fascination with Bugs

Jacob has become fascinated with with insects. Little did we know before moving to Arizona that Jake had such an amazing talent, but we have discovered he can spot a single ant from 1oo feet. Any time we are on a walk outside, in the backyard playing, or even in the house he has the ability to spot bugs, no matter how big or small or how preoccupied he was with another activity. It is so funny because he will stop dead in his tracks and watch them, or if we are in our house he will point it out to us and wait until Brad or I get rid of it. This picture was taken on our way home from the neighborhood park. He had to crouch down for a closer look at the trail of tiny ants making their way across the sidewalk.
